Q: My hardware is fixed (screwed into the light pole) with no adjustment. It is a goofy size. What do I do?

A: Someday the light pole manufactures and the banner manufactures will sit down and have a chat. Until then… I recommend that we make a template for your to test before we make your banners. We will do this for free.
