Q: How are the rod pockets made? Will they fit my existing hardware?
A: Most reputable boulevard banner companies roll or fold their pockets to accommodate a 1” round or square banner bracket rod. The use two rows of double lock stitching using heavy UV, mildew resistant thread. The solid brass grommets in the rod pockets are functional! They are used to tether the banner to the hardware (in case of high winds or theft) using a UV resistant nylon wire tie. If you have immovable hardware or hardware with rods larger than one inch or a ball or finial at the end of the rod that does not screw off, your pocket will have to be larger.
